Brussels, AFP — European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen confirmed the bloc's solidarity with its member states after an Iranian drone crashed at a British base in Cyprus. She stated: 'Although the Republic of Cyprus was not the target, I want to clarify: we collectively, resolutely, and firmly stand shoulder to shoulder with our member states in the face of any threat.'
